Sterling Transcription - anyone work for them?

Considering applying, are they any good and how much do they pay?

I worked with them in 2013. They are probably one of the better paying transcription companies - they paid 65p per audio minute on average for interview transcription.
On the downside, work could be a bit irregular. Sterling are the UK branch of the Australian company Pacific Transcription.
