I am a junior solicitor (3 PQE but 30) and am stuck between either
- TTC and staying at my current role which I have been for 3 years and have gained lots of good will and enhanced maternity rights. Employer is based a good 1 and a half commute each way. But employer does offer part time post maternity.
Or
- Finding THE dream in house role but take the gamble that the hours are good and people are nice and will have on start again to build up good will and enhanced maternity rights which may delay TTC. Not sure on whether part time is easily offered too but commute could be shorter like 30mins!
Dilemma dilemma!!!
