Childminders and weekends

Do some childminders work weekends? Im thinking of going back to work part time at weekends, but am not sure if Id be able to have someone to look after dd if I did.

Yes - certainly here the council's childcare service has a list showing which ones do weekends/evenings etc

tammybear, if you phone the local council they will send you a list of childminders with places. The list will also give extra information such as what days etc they have places on, what schools they will collect from etc etc (know the second one isn't relevant quite yet !)
