Hi, this is my first post. I have been claiming WTC, but as from early February my boss asked me to drop hours. I used to work 16 hours per week. I phoned WTC yesterday to report that my hours had dropped ( I did wait in the hope hours would increase) . The lady said if my hours go up I can apply for WTC again. My boss cannot confirm when my hours will go up. Could anyone tell me how many consecutive weeks of working 16 hours, would I be able to start claiming WTC please. Thank you.
