Verbally offered a job now they want to see me to go through things

I'd assume to see round the place but not sure what else? How can I also remain polite but tell them I want everything in writing first. I want to discuss it all with DH before finally agreeing or signing anything.

I don't want to be bulldozed into anything when I meet the owner this week.

I have never had this before. Usually 2 interviews and paperwork is posted out.

As what they need to go through and when you will receive written confirmation. At my last place they asked me in to explain some work practices that are unusual to my face.
