Job Hunting/change whilst pregnant

Have been looking on & off for a new job for the last few months, today I second interviewed for a job I really really want, however I found out after my first interview last week I'm 6 weeks pregnant.
Usually I would think accept the job, then tell them a few weeks later, however I have a relative (SIL) who works in the same dept (HR) and I'm pretty sure me getting interviews has been down to her & would feel guilty accepting without telling her.
What would you do?

I would take the job. You're having a baby and will need money and security so put that first. You could even tell them you found out just after starting the role ie late!
