voluntary opportunity

I've been offered a voluntary role in a local charity unsure whether to accept or not? Not worked since last July. What do people think???

If it adds to your CV in a positive way, and you can do it, and want to do it... Go for it!

Thanks for your reply yes it will do all of that. Personal stuff though unsure if I'm depressed or exhausted everything is TOO much trouble. Maybe take it see if things pick up!

Voluntary work and the experience and contacts I made are what got me the paid, enjoyable job I have now. It gave me confidence and it gave me more to put on my CV. Go for it :)

I started off volunteering at the charity I now at work out:)
