preschool pay

is there anywhere i can find out what is the average rate of pay for a preschool manager? i am just about to do a search on a big site like reed or fish 4.

We pay our pre-school manager in Bucks. Manages 40 children 2.5-5yrs and 10 staff, mostly part-time. £10.20/hr. we are a charity and we also pay towards her degree, some of which is paid back by the council. Her predecessor was paid £11.30/hr as she was already a graduate.

Our pre-school opens 6.5hrs day.

When I was looking at average rates of pay for the staff recently it was very variable. We live in a fairly affluent village and although council funding rates would never cover rates + everything else, we are very good at fundraising.
