Interview Questions

Afternoon guys!

There are two questions which will be asked in an interview I'm attending. I am not sure what type of answer I should give. The job is for a Clerical Assistant in a hospital. Anyway the questions are:

"Can you tell me the importance of Data Quality"

"Can you tell me the different pathways a patient may take to get an appointment in the NHS"

Any feedback would be appreciated.

Thanks :))

Good quality data is essential for tracking performance, measuring outcomes and therefore the basis for making change.

Thanks. I thought maybe it meant the patients data? Like the impotance of inputting their details accuratly.

I suppose it's the same answer. Data is collected for a purpose. Good data quality helps fulfil that purpose. Below a certain treshold of quality rhe data will be useless.
