Hi, I will be placed at risk next week ( almost certain as company making 400 roles redundant) I was planning on putting a flexible working request in July ready for when the little one goes to school September.
Can I put on my preference form that I would like to keep my job but wef 01/09/2016 go part time.
Other wise if I can't go part time I would rather have redundancy package and then find part time job.
