Maternity Policy at Capita

Hi, does anyone know what the maternity policy is at Capita and how long you need to work there to be entitled to it? Considering a job offer currently but want to factor in future family plans to the decision and don't to ask directly! Thanks in advance.

I used to work for Capita, and they pay nothing for maternity. You get government statutory minimum and nothing else. Ditto sick pay, and redundancy pay.

It's probably the only FTSE 100 company that has no type of enhanced package for any matter. If considering a job offer, I would be mindful of this. I would not say they are great employers.

Thanks BreakWindandFire, not great news but good to know in advance! I'll ask to see any policies etc before I sign anything so at the very least I am aware of what I'm getting into!
