I returned to work after maternity leave a few months ago. When I went back, I asked to work less and hours and was told that would be fine but my pay would be reduced as I wouldn't be doing the same role. I agreed to that as I felt really grateful that my employer was being flexible. I decided to take all of the holiday I have accrued over the year this month but I've just got my payslip and the holiday pay has been paid at the reduced rate. That doesn't seem right to me but can anyone confirm? If I am entitled to my holiday pay at my original rate, do you think I should say something?
