From where to start career all over again ! Can someone suggest ideas

eHi,
I have been out of work for 5 long years .My lo will be 2 next year and I plan to go back to workplace.I have done Bachelors in Biotech and then shifted to HR work later in life .Some sort of administration and recruitment .I have marketing MBA too although no use here .I am confused what to do next .I have lost focus and also energy .Everytime I start a new chapter I fail .Can anyone suggest me what should I do now ? Medical or IT or anything .

Go back to basics:
What subjects did you love most at school?
Do you like working alone or with others?
In an office or out and about?
Mainly with clients or with a team from your own company?
Commerce or Public Sector/Charity?
On your feet or sedentary?
Thinking on your feet or well planned strategies?
Project based/freelance/contract work or something steady?
Employed or self employed?

Then work out what your ideal hours are, what income you need and look for jobs that tick as many of the boxes as possible.

E.g. I'm not a great team player (not sure why but old enough to realise it's not a strength) but love working with other people, so working alone for a client or number of clients is a perfect set up.
