I am considering retraining as a Building Surveyor - I just wondered if anyone has any thoughts. I am interested in property and having recently carried out renovations on my own property and employed surveyors I think its an option. I am 42 (gulp) so I am not sure whether I have missed the boat. My local university does a Masters degree (1 year) available to graduates with a 2.1 or 1st in any degree. I have a 2.1 in a science degree but it was 20 years ago so not sure if its relevant.
