Uggggggh. Just had the worst 2nd interview. First went really well and I felt I had built a great rapport with my interviewers. They told me that the 2nd interview wouldn't involve any tests. They subsequently made me do an online test. All fine. Then lo and behold when I get to my second interview they spring a test on me 
It was a written test. I did ok at the excel bits of it but there was a question on drawing a graph that I completely stuffed up. Not sure I exactly wowed the interview panel either. Argh. Is this what it's like these days? This is an entry level position. Is it normal to have a panel of three interviewers including the Dir Ops?
