flexible working request, what happens next?

I put in a flexible working request in september my boss said that she had recived the email but has never mentioned it again.

Im not holding out much hope of getting it anyway but surely I should have the meeting date by now? Is there a time frame they have to work within? What happens of they dont?

This isnt my first request, I have put in 2 before and they have always been over and done with quicker than this.

According to the ACAS website : Requests and appeals must be considered and decided upon within three months of the receipt of the request.
