How many lawyer mums have managed to find a new job working part time after coming back from mat leave? I don't think working at my current place would work with long commute (1h30) and doubt part time will work.
I know the ideal situation is to work full time at same employer and then request part time but wondered if any lawyer mums have had success getting a part time role from the off set?
