More rights after 2yrs?

Do we get more rights after two years of being in the job?
Can I ask for reducing my hours / working from home / flexible working hours after two years?
More chance of agreeing to something if it's after two years?

I'm thinking of asking to go part time but not sure if they would accept or show me the door Confused

After 2 years you get the right not to be unfairly dismissed and the right to a redundancy payment if made redundant.

Once you have worked for your employer for 26 weeks, you have the right to request flexible working, but note that it's just a right to request flexible working. They are under no obligation to give it to you (they have to show one of eigh grounds to refuse it, but these are easy enough to show). But if they dismissed you for making the request it would be automatic unfair dismissal. www.gov.uk/flexible-working/overview
