Work are trying to move to a shift system, which as a mothe of 2 under 5's with no support network I just cannot do. Last time they proposed this I recall someone saying that up to 20% of staff did not have to be involved in shift system. I don't know if this is some kind of employment law or policy, specific to organisation or was made up. Has anyone heard of anything like this & if so where can I teferencr it from?
