Giving in my notice - Xmas break

Some facts - I would like to stop working on December 31st. I am on one month notice. I have no holiday accrued to take for the rest of this year. The office is shut between Christmas and New Year

If I give in my notice on November 30th, would I get paid up until the office shuts (24th Dec) or up until Dec 31st ?

Do you normally get paid during the shutdown ? If so, it would be the same if you are under notice.

I am normally paid during Christmas shutdown. Just wondering if they would choose not to, as it is not written down in my contract that this happens, its just something they have chosen to do for everyone.
