More detail - I would like to study for a diploma in procurement (CIP's). I work as an office manager for a family run LTD. I am currently responsible for all purchases as part of my role, with large/capital purchases being made by a director. I feel that more training and knowledge in this area would benefit the company and my career prospects.
How do I put this across to the director in control for next years budget, in a way that will benefit the company?
