Back to work in education

I'm 51 I've always worked but my job just doesn't inspire me like it used to. I would like to get into the education sector but I don't really know where to start. I don't have a degree but do have A levels etc. any advice gratefully received

Volunteer as a helper. Lunchtime assistant. Teaching assistant.

Look for those jobs.

What kind of work in the educations sector? I work in higher education but am not an academic, I work in admin. I guess it depends on what you want to do or what you are experienced in.
