Gift vouchers printing

I'm looking to build up a very small amount of private work and plan to to a Christmas fayre in the hope I can sell gift vouchers for my service.
Any suggestions as to where / how to get some printed for a minimal cost?
Would a postcard leaflet laid out as a voucher with the service and date handwritten into boxes look 'official' enough?
Is there anything else I've missed?

Has anyone had gift vouchers printed?

Gift vouchers can take on many sizes but IME the most popular are either Money sized (measure a £10 note), postcard size A6 105mm x 74mm or sometime 99 x 210mm. If you have access to Word or Publisher there are many templates you can download and personalise then either print them off at home and hand number them, keeping a log of who you issued them to and a name so you can check them off as they are redeemed. Or get your local printer to run some off for you with numbers printed on. Even then I would keep a list of how many and I have sold and to who.

Happy to help more but i am now out until 9pm
