My department is restructuring as the organisation has to make massive savings. They need to lose 6 people so we have been asked to reapply for our jobs. In the meantime they are increasing managerial positions, so I can also apply thus gaining a promotion!! Anyhow, just wondered if anyone has any experience of this and any tips? Many thanks, x
