My husband's employers have told him he has to work 1 in 3 Saturday mornings rather than his current 1 in 4 but for no extra pay. He is coming towards the end of his 6 month probation period so doesn't want to rock the boat but it seems unfair. Are employers allowed to do this and how do we know it won't become 1 in 2 Saturday's in a few months time or every Saturday?
