Hi, I have an interview next week for the NHS as an Administration Officer, does anyone have any tips and hints they could share with me please?

Be on time and smartly dressed. I've been on the interview panel for NHS posts a lot and you'd be surprised how often people don't do this. Think about your key achievements in your previous roles and what you can bring to the team. We also like asking questions about how you've overcome a problem or difficulty in the past so think about an answer in case that is asked. Congratulations on your interview and well done for getting to this stage. Administrative roles get 100s of applications and to get to interview stage you've already done very well indeed.
