I am so, so childish. I really hate scenes or confrontation or anything like that.
I've found a better-paid job and I need to hand in my notice. I'm the only one in my branch office doing the job I do (part of the reason I want to leave)and it wil, I guess, leave the boss in the crap a bit whilst he gets a replacement. On the other hand, it's a three-month notice period...
So why I am scared to pick the phone up and tell him? Help/advice/experiences please???
