Talk to me about insurance?

Im about to start up my own business teaching yoga classes but I'm now getting really confused about what insurance I will need? It will just be myself doing it. Can anybody help?

is it not covered by which ever yoga body you are accredited with?

I believe BWY have public liability in their membership

but basically you'll need 3-5 million of public liability and probably £250k of PII if you are advising people
