There's a GIANT opportunity for a lucky talented local lady on offer for a principle part in the big Bolton panto this year, offered by the production company Fame Factory Spotlight and the Bolton Wanderers Community Trust at the Macron Stadium. "As its the 30th anniversary of the Community Trust, we decided it would be a wonderful idea to offer such an amazing opportunity to one of our own members of the community. With an amazing line up of TV stars and professional cast members already signed up, we decided to leave the part of principle girl 'Jill' open for a local talented female.
Obviously with this being part of a stage production there are physical requirements that the lucky candidate will have to meet as well having the talent to act and sing well.
We require a female aged 17-30 no taller than 5'8" and dress size 8-14 who has got great vocal ability and is able to act well. Candidates must be available between 27th November- 3rd January. Previous experience is not at all necessary, it may even be your first time on stage, or maybe you are already a seasoned professional in the performing arts sector. As we are aiming to give back to the community, you are also required to reside within the North West, or have grown up locally. Growing up in Bolton myself until the age of 17, it's been an ambition of mine to have one of our larger scale productions in Bolton for many years, it's so nice to be able to produce in my home town, so I know it will be amazing to give some deserving talent that very opportunity" Says Production Manager and ex Withins School pupil Nikki Clarkson.
Auditions will be held on 30th August 2015 at the Platinum Suite at the Bolton Whites Hotel, Macron Stadium from 10am. Candidates must email [email protected] for a list of audition numbers and to register.
