Volkswagen group job grades

Can anyone tell me about the grading structure and what level a C1, D2 etc is each graduate, mid - level, senior manager etc thx

I'm Afraid this was quite a while
a go and I can't remember in detail but I think a grades were junior grades and d mid Managment
