Weekend work, rate of pay?

Hello, wonder if someone can advise..
My normal work contract states I work Mon - Fri afternoons (after school club) and so don't operate at the weekend. I've been allocated a space on a first aid training course organised for a Saturday (full day). Is it normal to expect same rate of pay or should it be an enhanced rate as its outwith my normal working days/hours?

Is there anything in your contract about overtime or training?

If there's nothing in your contract, or nothing that usually happens in these circumstances where you work, then it will be a case of individual negotiation with your employer. Are there several of you, or just you?

Sorry, I'm in middle of packing up my house to move so don't have contract handy! There has never been any training on the weekends before so I've never come across this.
About 15 staff members, roughly half the organisation doing this training
