I wondered if anyone has come across this before. Before going. Part-time, my leave was x amount of days, plus bank holidays as paid leave.
Now I'm part-time, it's been pointed out to me that although I get a pro-rata equivalent of the days leave I had before (so all fine there), I have to take bank holidays out of those hours as I work on a Monday.
I wasn't expecting this-this means that I only have half of my leave when I actually want to use it.
I wasn't expecting to not have the benefits I had before, just because I'm part-time. The other part-timers can't work on a Monday and now I'm wondering if this is why?
Does anyone know what my options are? -work different days that week?
