Working temperature

Hi I work in a small room with 5 other people, it has no windows. We have always been happy having the temperature at 18 in the summer as we have quite active jobs moving around. We also wear uniforms so can't choose to wear cool clothes.

Now we have a new member of staff(who can wear own clothes) who constantly moans he is cold and turns the air con up to 22-24. We all feel hot then with rushing around but not only that he smells every time the heat comes on.

Why turn the heat up if your going to sweat and smell!!

Whats the best way to deal with this?

22 degrees isn't excessive and 18 is the minimum in an office job. Maybe try it on 20?
