Contemplating salary drop to take new job, how to calculate?

Help! I have been offered a salary of £5k less than present salary and want to work out what that will mean for me after tax and NI. Does anyone know how to calculate it? I am a higher rate tax payer. Many, many thanks!

Thanks. That was useful. Think I'll end up with about £w250 - 300 less in my pocket/month. Not great but there are other perks.
