Heya,
I've an interview a week tommorow for a hca at the local mental health ward. I was wondering if anyone had any interview tips?
Also if I was offered the position what are the waiting times before starting? As I've heard many different things!
I currently work in a special needs school as an LSA and wouldn't want to hand my notice in to go months without working!
