I'm filling in an application form and they want my work history for the last five years. Only problem is I haven't worked for the last five years. Last job ended in early 2010. The jobs I have done which are relevant to the post are from 2001 - 2009.

Shall I just list all my jobs as I usually would or leave it blank?

I'd give details of previous relevant jobs and an explanation of why you've not worked for the past five years (as long as it wasn't due to being in jail Wink)
