When employer ignores reasonable adjustment requests

Does anyone know where I stand when my employer ignores reasonable adjustment requests? I have read that an employer can make a case for not allowing an adjustment but where do I stand when my requests to discuss are ignored?

For what? Parental related? If so, thry can argue reasonable business case Against for example someone working flexible hours. If disability, should be proetected under dda. In theory.

Thanks for the reply. It's disability related. I spoke to ACAS and they said my next move should be written grievance.
