Contract for nanny

I know this has probably been discussed before, but all the archived conversations just had people helpfully saying that they would email someone else a draft contract. My conscience has been yet again kicked by an article in the Guardian saying that we really should have a contract with our nanny. This is true, we should and we don't. What should be in it? I just want the basics. She just looks after the children in our home, lives out, drives her own car, doesn't do the washing or anything like that, works 9 to 5.
Any help much appreciated.
Thanks

There's this template - it's under the heading "Childcare Information" on the right of the page - maybe a starting point? Looking again, looks quite like ours.

I can be helpful too and e-mail you my contract, but it is in French...

I can send you our contract if you get tech to give you my email. It is a copy of another MNers so happy to return the favour...

Thanks to everyone. The contract template Binkie pointed out is great and I can amend it as I want to. I have to say, it's probably a bit late to start laying down the law about 'duties' since we seem to be going along OK at the moment. Since nanny salaries are lower in the north of Scotland I don't think this is the time to start demanding too much - she might read about the enormous salaries paid to nannies in England!!
