Job interview in Poundland- any advice?

It is for a 16 hour contract as a sales colleague (i think that is what they called it)

I have previously worked for 6 years as a cashier in a bank, prior to that i waitressed and was a trainee beauty therapist in a salon but been out of work for 5 years as a SAHP.

Would really appreciate some interview tips, especially any specfic to poundland if anyone has any.

Will you be working on the tills? Maybe have a think about which Poundland items you like most, what you like most about the store, why you'd like to work at Poundland (say you're a regulor customer and like their good value and friendliness of their staff) and what you think your strengths are i.e being friendly and welcoming with customers but quick at serving them too.
