Sounds nuts right Hmm

Closing time for application form was 5pm
and of course computer froze as I was sending it at 4.45 and by the time it composed itself it sent at 5.02 pm

Will it matter terribly or have I just wasted 4 hours of my life Confused

May well be ok. Nowt you cab do now though. Try to forget about it and enjoy your evening.

I would assume that by setting a 5pm deadline they would have meant by close of business on the Friday rather than exactly 5pm on the dot. I wouldn't think that anyone would look at them until Monday at the earliest anyway.

Good luck.

This happened to me and I got the job, and it was in HR!

Maybe just pop them an email or call on Monday just to explain

Hope you're all right

I need a drink now Wine

I would assume this deadline means that on Monday morning they'll come in and look at all the applications, so you'll be fine.

If it was me and I saw a good application come in at 5.02 I'd assume their computer had slightly different time on it than mine and they had sent it 'on time'.

I don't think anyone will even notice it was late. Good luck!
