Has anyone done this course by distance learning?

Is it of more value than just an NVQ Level 3 across the board (as in even outside specifically Montessori establishments)? It seems to be vastly more expensive...

Although Montessori schools need a Montessori qualification, do non Montessori nurseries accept the Montessori Level 3 instead does anyone know?

I already have QTS but live abroad and jobs in my subject which I could apply for are almost non existent - there are lots of international nursery and 0-7 vacancies though... some require Montessori qualifications or experience and other British curriculum ones state NVQ Level 3 ...

Sorry - very specific question! Hope somebody can help!

I'd love to do the Montessori course but its £2750 where NVQ Level 3 by distance learning seems to be about £275!

Watching with interest. I'd really like to do Montessori teaching but the cost puts me off.
