I currently work in a further education college in a support role. We have just been told that there is to be a restructure with current posts all disestablished and have now entered a consultation period for the new structure/appointments.
Therefore I am considered 'at risk' of redundancy' . My question is, during this time are we legally entitles to have time off paid to attend interviews?
