Ive applied for a job and supplied two references.
My referees have been contacted (as one told me)
Ive then realised that the second reference ive provided could be more useful if I supplied a different person as reference.
So I emailed the organisation to say that I note they've contacted references and wonder if this 3rd reference would be more useful.
And ive had a response by email saying "references are not required at this time"
But they've definitely contacted my references
