Strengths finder training materials

Has anyone delivered this to their team? I would like to do this with my staff - my budget can run to the books to give to staff but not the training materials.

Does anyone have the training materials? PowerPoint, notes etc.? Or any idea where I could get them (without paying the $300 the American website wants!)

Try Business Balls website. They have lots of stuff but not sure if stairs is in there. ?ou could do Belbin which is similar and free!
