Does anyone know what work should be doing regarding my appraisal?
I worked 6 months of our appraisal year before going on maternity leave. if we have new starters for example, they are assessed on the months they have worked.
I just wondered if I'm still entitled to an appraisal? Pay grades at our company are related to this each year - everyone gets the same rating pretty much (something like a 1% increase) unless you are awful and being shown the door soon.
