My job is jus min wage so I don't think that I can afford to pay for childcare I would be working just to pay for the childcare cost my baby was born in March so atm I'm still on maternity pay
If I say to work that I can't go back because I can't afford childcare Where do I go from there?
I'm not sure ie job centre?

If you are a lone parent you should be able to claim income support if you leave your job.

If you stay in your job you will be able to claim up to 70% childcare costs, working tax credits, child tax credits and housing benefit.
