Am I right in thinking they want to hear what I would do in the role

Or do they want to know all about me now?

What difference would you make? How = what systems/methods would you set up and how would you monitor the impact.

Total bollocks really. But not as bad as all those ads that expect you to be driven and determined and striving and so on.
