jsa backdated

i signed on for a few months last year and applied for backdated jsa as well... but never heard anything more about this... any idea what to do about this... have emailed my adviser of the time about this but not heard back from them either...

i popped in today and they suggested 0345 608 8545... but perhaps i should write instead, although i'm not sure which address is best to write to... and presumably this number is not a freephone...

03 numbers are charged at standard landline rates. If they suggested you call, why do you want to write instead? Much slower, especially as you don't know where to write to.
