Hi,
I had a job interview today arranged by recruiter. It is skilled specialised position. I was greeted by surprised multiple choice quiz that has, english, math, physics, history and analytics type questions. I was given 20 minutes to completed. My recruiter did not tell me about it and I totally stressed out and know that got few questions wrong. The interview after that went very well. They told me not to worry about it too much, it means nothing, but if it was true why would they give it to me anyways.
Does anyone know about this type of quizes before interviews. How much value do they really have to the whole interview process?
