Maternity policy at Deloitte

Hi, does anyone know what the maternity policy is at Deloitte and how long you need to work there to be entitled to their enhanced maternity pay?

I think 16wks at full pay then 10wks at half pay.

It is many years since I had Deloitte maternity leave but that that stage you could get another lump sum on returning but you had to stay a year not to pay it back. This was several thousand for me but that was 14yrs ago.

I have just seen that the back to work bonus was scrapped in 2012.

No sorry, that seems to be less easily available. And I can't remember from when I was there as I'd been there several years first, and it may well have changed.

Are you already there? If so, I am sure the policy would be available on the intranet?

No, I'm not. Had been hoping to take a job there but just found out that my AMH is quite low (10.8 and I'm 31) so am worried about waiting too long to start a family...

You had to have been there at least 2 years at 15 weeks before your EDD at a rival firm so I'd imagine Deloitte is much the same.
